1. Service Agreement

By engaging Vasantham Repair Center’s services, you agree to our terms. Services include repairs for fridges, washing machines, and ACs, performed by certified technicians using genuine parts.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. A detailed invoice will be provided, outlining all charges. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

3. Warranty and Guarantees

We offer a limited warranty on repairs and parts, typically 30-90 days, depending on the service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or parts but excludes damage from misuse or external factors.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance without charge. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to review and may incur a processing fee. No refunds for completed services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vasantham Repair Center is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of use or data, arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide access to the appliance, accurate information about the issue, and a safe working environment. We are not responsible for damages caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
